Every day you come into the studio with brilliant questions about being your best self. So, we’re debuting a new series where we debate, debunk, or prove a fitness question. This month, we’re tackling a question we answer nearly every week: When is the best time to work out?

Fortunately, the answer is pretty simple: When you can.
